Comfort Homes was very easy to work with. Right at the one-year mark, they were given a punch list of things covered under warranty and they were all addressed timely without any question. All emails & texts from their team were quickly responded to. As a realtor & frequent home buyer, with the experience I've had, I recommend them!
I AM BEGINNING TO WONDER ABOUT THE COMFORT HOMES CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED MY HOME 6 MONTHS AGO AND AM STILL WAITING FOR REPAIRS TO VARIOUS CEMENT ISSUES. I HAVE CALLED THEM BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
