A/C died in August, Lancaster Brother's beat or matched prices of the 4 other companies I was getting bids from, did a Saturday install and even came over to help with a question hours later. Went the extra step on pulling a part from my old A/C and delivering to me. Reasonable, Available, Professional. Thank you!
Ron was just out to my home to look at my ac unit. He was wonderful! He took the time to explain everything to me and even spoke to my husband through the phone to explain to him. He put notes on the unit so I could easily remember how to adjust things for winter. 10/10 customer service!
Everything worked as planned today. The company communicated well and had Joe, who has a good understanding of our geothermal unit, inspect it. Joe arrived on time and repaired the issue. In addition.he gave me information about my unit that will help it run better going forward. I highly recommend Lancaster Brothers for your geothermal work .
