She was great with both my girls. She managed to work them in and they still got a VIP treatment. Jen is an absolute wiz and her supporting staff match her charm, energy, and work ethic.

I was able to walk in set an appointment for 620 I pulled up when her other client was leaving. She washed my hair with a nice head massage I was not nervous while she cut my hair. Love the new doo. She didn't overcharge me Cause a lot of salons overcharge in my opinion. Great experience!!

I had my first appointment at Frankie’s today! Immediately responded to my call and I got in same day! The place is classy and clean and I was pampered! Jen, the owner, did my consult, cut and style! She is SO talented and knowledgeable!! She really takes her time to make sure that you can do your hair at home as well!! Definitely coming back!!?

Went here about a year ago unsure of which stylist I had. They should really ask if you would like your hair cut with a strait razor over scissors because my hair HATED it. My ends are ruined and fried and it took forever for it to grow out and it's patchy in some spots where it was cut too short with the razor. Dont plan on coming back tbh. Felt like the stylist was in a rush when there was no one else there.

Superb kind staff and extremely talented. Great care for any needs or specific alterations to hair. Very attentive to costumers. Beautiful decor, well maintained location. Great experience for my wife all around.
