I am unable to do a lot with my current health and I was also sick for awhile so there was extra work. She and her crew not only did that extra cleaning, but went above and beyond and did things they were not required to do. Joseph is also very educated about the work and knows what's best on how to clean the rough areas on the carpet that i explained to him.
