“The people are great. But this is the only PT place that I’ve ever come across that does not assign you 1 person to work with. Every time I go I get a different therapist. I think having multiple therapists is less effective than working with just one. They read the notes of the previous therapist and use that as a guide for your session. All the therapists I’ve worked with are great. And I realize how much easier it is for your scheduling. But I definitely prefer working with the same therapist each session“
