Went in with swollen right breast implant. They just looked at it and prescribed antibiotics. No blood work no imaging and so far the antibiotics are not reducing the swelling. Now I have to wait for God knows how Ling to be seen by someone who will actually do blood work and imaging. Useless to go here.

I was in and out! Lots of explanation and I was confident I knew what was going on. Best part is mychart! They have my information cause I use KU for other medical reasons and they have all my insurance so made the process faster. Visit was probably about 30-40 minutes top. *Disclaimer, what was going on was pretty straightforward and something that I've been seen before for at by GP. This same thing has taken a lot longer at other urgent cares.

Usually I get nervous going to the doctor but the experience here was a breeze. You can check wait times online and check in there too. They also have instructions on where to park and exactly where to go on their website so you don’t get lost.The ladies at the front desk were kind and fast to check me in once I arrived. I saw Doctor Timothy Frey and he was the best. The nurse was also very friendly and efficient. Ku med never disappoints!
