James’ team came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, unfortunately, the part had to be ordered. Which was fine Because I really didn’t need to use air-conditioning right now. The part came in in the office, called to coordinate a time that was convenient for me to restore the new part. James Came out to my house and install the park. We spent approximately another hour just chatting. James is not building a business. He’s building relationships. I am In the maintenance program, which also offers me a 15% discount on the repair.
