Our technician today handled both inside and outside extermination tasks. In addition to treating for ants, he refilled our mice bait boxes upstairs and down. He also treated for wasps under the deck. He was very polite and professional! Excellent service!

The company is ok. I wish the communication were a little better. The technician didn’t even ring my doorbell to let me know he was here today. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue but they never refill my mouse bait boxes so it’s helpful for them to let me know they’re here so I can remind them… sigh.

I had mouse control traps in which the bait had been drug out and no longer had bait. Called numerous times to rebait them or remove the boxes. It was almost a year before they did. Also had termite cans placed to high throughout the yard and the mower broke the tops of the cans off and dulled my mower blade. Called numerous times to lower the cans. They never did and cans were full of water doing no good to control termites. . When my contract was up they came to get the cans and left holes throughout the yard even though I provided dirt and asked them to fill them. WORST SERVICE EVER!

Joshua M. came out to my house today to do a service on my Sentracon system. He was awesome. He found all of my sites (25 of them) and replaced a couple of traps. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service.

I was in a meeting, so I couldn’t answer the door. I believe I recognize him as serving my house before. I’m sure he was great. I needed my internal traps refilled and I’m not sure if he filled my outside traps. Service from Joshua’s is stellar. Thanks
