I was extremely pleased with the installation of my new fireplace tile. Jose was great to work with, and definitely was great in communicating! I needed to ask him a question on a Sunday and he called me right back! The guys that worked on my project were very meticulous and kept my furniture, carpet and steps covered till the job was done. I would definitely recommend them with any tile work you need.
Great experience! Jose was great to work with. At the beginning of our installation we discovered some of the trim pieces didn’t quite match we had picked up but he was flexible and postponed the installation date until we had the correct materials. Also, discovered our floor had a dip in it and instead of just laying the floor down over it they leveled the floor out first with floor leveler liquid which hardened into a level floor. Even though our dog got into it while it was still wet leaving paw imprints all over, they said no worries and fixed it. Job started and finished as promised. No unpleasant surprises.
