Dawud was amazing! Training with you challenged me to the fullest! I was able to do things that I have never been able to do! Even in injury you made modification just so I could continue working out! I started putting more beans, peppers and veggies into my diet but I also cut out a lot of things like sugar and bread! Throughout my training I saw changes that I didn’t see with others and you walked me in Through it! You gave me knowledge nobody else gave me!

I love this place! John and Mario (the owners) are awesome people and take excellent care of the facility. Everyone including the trainers are very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone!

Definitely a place to go for a top-notch training experience. I've known John and Matt for several years and HIGHLY recommend them! They are very experienced, knowing what's best for each individual and how to adapt programs to fit your needs. And they are both really fun to work with! I feel confident sending my physical therapy patients here knowing that they are in good hands. Thanks, guys!
