I’m 69 and have been a plumber for over 40 years and the plumber they sent out was very incompetent and even made the situation worse. I have a sewer line that is stopped up. I told him that I have rodded the line several times already and that I need someone younger to crawl back in my crawl space, where I can’t get to because of my age and see how the newer part of the house is tied into the old drain. I have owned this house for about two years. That never happened. So I don’t bother him anymore and let him do his thing. I bought a rain soft a year ago . Called for the one year preventive care tune up with free filters and bag salt to be told they don't sell rain soft anymore , they don't service my area. The water softener was a lot of money and I will be paying on it a long time and to find out they don't back what they sell and I have no one to service it is very disappointing. I was supposed to get a call back twice and no one ever calls back. If they start and stop what they are selling I would not recommended anyone go through them.

Installation team was great -very experienced and respectful. Had some sales miscommunication about the system required to meet my goals but mgmt resolved the issues to ensure the system met my needs.. Definitely would use again!Service: Installation
