Mandy N. was exceptional in helping us resolve an issue with one of the blinds we purchased. She took the time to follow up on every detail, found the best solution, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We now have a beautiful new replacement blind for our window. Excellent customer service!
Samantha is an enormous help when picking out colors and styles. We went with the Roman style, one motorized and one not. The colors she helped pick out coordinate very well with the color scheme in each room. There is a bit of a long wait between ordering and installation, but the actual install was very quick and efficient. The two gentleman doing the install were on time, polite, and very knowledgeable.
I definitely plan to reach out to Samantha again when we are ready for the next set of blinds.
I really appreciate the professional opinion of Samantha while helping us pick out the correct materials for our office. She also did a great job orchestrating measuring all of the spaces and getting the shades professionally installed. Our installer was so fast and efficient, I really appreciate him working around our busy schedule and really making the process so seamless. I absolutely recommend this company and all the services they offer.
