Dr. Sabates has provided eye care for our family for several years and has saved my husband's eyesight. He is kind, knowledgeable, highly skilled and careful always to explain clearly to both of us exactly what our options are. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and our visits always leaves us encouraged.
I am thrilled that I visited Sabates Eye Center to get a second opinion after what I thought was a horribly bad diagnosis at KC Eye Clinic where I was told my night vision was worse than 20/100 even when wearing my corrective lenses. With that diagnosis, the ophthalmologist told me it was literally illegal for me to drive at night and tried to get me to commit to immediate cataract surgery.
Since I had not noticed any appreciable change in my night vision and felt as though I was being hustled, I sought a second opinion. However, I must admit, I didn't sleep well for several weeks while I waited to see Dr. Camejo.
