I had storm damage in March and my insurance gave me some numbers to call. Their team did a great job on my house. New roof, siding repair and gutter repair and I would recommend them. They showed up when they said, use highly skilled crews and did a great job with the paperwork and even clean up.

This company lowballed the estimated cost to reconstruct our basement after a sewer line backup. Failed to account for several items needing replaced. They're in the pockets of the insurance companies - highly do not recommend.

Preferred has done an amazing job making my house feel like home again! Love their design ideas and attention to detail. They've definitely made a difficult time much less stressful when getting my house back together. I would recommend them to ALL my family and friends! Thanks for all you've done!!
