The people at LaserAway are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and explain absolutely everything. I started with a tattoo removal and I have been so pleased with the results and the staff at LaserAway that I started asking about other treatments they offer and have been blown away by the facials. I wish I could give them more than FIVE STARS!!!! Chantel has talked with me about every treatment and is always so kind and generous with her knowledge and time! I don’t usually write reviews but I’m making an exception for this place.The staff… such welcoming warm, feminine, nurturing energy ??‍♀️First of all, I was running late for one of my appointments and they were so accommodating! My technician made me feel so comfortable and could sense that I was a little nervous. She communicated sweetly what exactly we were going to do step by step. The laser process usually involves some level of pain/discomfort. However, my nurse made sure she used different forms of pain management during the process… ice packs and good ole talking me through the process. Wonderful experience at LaserAway. Love my chats with Chantel and Shamyra was so detail oriented and concerned about my comfort level during my laser hair removal. I have been getting treatments since this summer and I am amazed at the results. Plus no more irritated skin!
