I recommend finding some other dermatology provider to avoid the "bait and switch." I went for a procedure, was told the "total cash price" if I paid that day (which I did)-- and then later received an inflated bill. Despite the fact that I have a receipt that shows a zero balance AND that I paid the amount they asked me to pay, I can't even get their billing folks to acknowledge or credit my account for what has already been paid to them. Multiple phone calls and an hour plus on hold each time and still no resolution. Run, do not walk to any other provider.

I had cryotherapy done twice, the first time I thought maybe it was just me so I went back for a 2nd treatment. There was no redness, soreness or any changes to the area both times. It's unfortunate that in all I have spent close to 1k here for nothing. I went to a different clinic and had the same procedure done and everything went as it was supposed to and the issue was resolved. I cancelled my future appointment here and will not be coming back. Thanks so much.

Dr. Allen is my second hero besides my husband. He is one of the smartest, funniest and kindest doctors I've ever been to. I will probably cry when he retires. Not only does he care about your medical conditions, skin related or not, he genuinely cares about you as a patient and person. I've been seeing him for over 20 years and will continue to do so as long as he's in practice. He has literally saved my life twice with his advice and healed my leg when nobody else could.
