I’m the manager of Zen Head KC head spa, and we rent two different rooms from Image Studios.

We also have a sister business, Luxury Brow + Skin in the Crossroads District. I mention this because we are in a unique position to be able to compare a traditional space rental to the rental of a studio suite.

I could get into all kinds of logistics and financial details, but one of the main things that stands out to me is the safety aspect. There are cameras in the building that can be checked immediately if there are any questions. There’s an app that tenants must have so they can get in and out of the building after hours, so everything is tracked.

Very welcoming and clean environment. Variety of independent businesses who offer unique and curated experiences. Perfect hours for those who have early morning or later afternoon schedules.

Very well run operation. Took my family to the grand opening and we were very impressed. The people that work there are welcoming and high level professionals. Would recommend it to professionals looking for space and to end customers.
