Always a 5 star experience. The whole team at foundational concepts is phenomenal. My postpartum evaluation with Addie was thorough and extremely helpful. I also needed to bring my baby and 2 year old to my appt and the whole team was very loving & sweet to my kids!

Jennifer has helped me through some of my toughest medical moments. I had gone to another pelvic floor PT, 1 appt every week for 3 months, working out in front of strangers with a loud TV blaring the news.
