Dr Hocker and all the staff were very caring, thorough and did a wonderful job with my procedure. I received a very thoughtful card with my take home instructions as well as a phone call to make sure I was feeling well. Highly recommend!
The entire staff is kind, caring, and professional! They keep you informed of each step that is about to be taken and what to expect. I've had 5 skin cancers surgically removed by Dr. Hocker. His skills, sense of humor, and commitment to providing the best care from beginning to end is truly outstanding. After each surgery just given a few months to heal, I can hardly tell where he did the surgery - even given significant surface removal. Highly recommend Advanced Dermatologic Surgery!!??
I would recommend Advanced Dermatologic Surgery for several reasons. First the staff is very helpful and caring. The front desk staff that I interacted with including Kya, Natalie and Audrey were very understanding and friendly. The nurses were also kind and explained the procedures clearly and answered all my questions. The ones I had contact with were Ali, Amanda, Jena and Alex. And Dr Hocker was thorough in explaining the procedures clearly and worked efficiently and friendly.
