Being a smaller hospital, it's not as busy or crowded, so wait times are usually shorter. More of a small-town feel. Felt comfortable with the doctors we had appointments with. Prefer going there compared to big city hospitals.

I took my mother-in-law to the pavilion today to have blood drawn for labs. It was a five-star experience, the young lady that was at the receiving desk was kind and patient, the technician that was in the lab was very gentle and kind, her name is Wendy. Extremely satisfied!

My previous mammogram location closed down, so I chose to stay in town, and go to St John's Pavillion.Bright, clean, and comfortable interior.Admin was friendly, and professional.Rachel, the Radiology tech, did a great job.An easy, and comfortable experience.
