Charlie, Mark, and Kree did an outstanding job installing my new HVAC system. I have always used this business for all of my heating and cooling needs. Professional, proficient, prompt are characteristics that come to mind when discussing Mr. Breeze.
Jake was FANTASTIC. Our AC went out on a Sunday evening in the middle of a heat wave and Mr. Breeze had Jake at our house at 9:00am on Monday when many other places were saying it would be Wednesday/Thursday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour.
Called 7/16/24 after my A.C stopped blowing cold air. The young lady was very kind and tried to send someone the same day or next day. Because of my own schedule, I waited until Friday 7/19/24. I received a text reminder the day before. Day of received another with Jake's photo. I appreciate that, as a safety precaution. Jake arrived, very kind, knowledgeable and the pricing is reasonable. Took less than 30minutes to fix. I do recommend using their services. This company will now be my regular HVAC company.
