Went to Paul Hood in Leavenworth for years no problem the office is close by so makes it convenient Tried a different tax place last year and decided to go back to Paul Hood felt I had more communication and they kept me updated and handled everything plus some personal advice.Every one has always been pleasant at the office as well.

The voice mail process from this company is extremely poor. It seems that even if you call a local number found on the internet the call is routed through Oklahoma.

So I'm having the last 4 yrs of taxes re-done because of kramer/ hood and associates. Like you people have caused so much problems..... that I'm considering calling a lawyer. It must suck, to suck this bad.

Extremely disappointed by Hood and Associates lack of communication. This was our first time using them because they acquired our CPA out of Leavenworth who we had worked with for over fifteen years. We were frustrated by their lack of response and filing an extension for our 2022 taxes without consulting us first. The whole process with Hood and Assoc. was stressful, which when you pay hundreds of dollars to hire professionals you expect better service.
