I am an existing customer of Yont's Lawn and First City took over their clients. I messaged on Wednesday October 9th asking for my lawn to be mowed because it was already long. I was told "We have you on the list already to be mowed as soon as we can. Also we have all your information still in the computer. Thank you so much for reaching out and we will get to your yard as soon as possible!". Well here it is over a week later and my yard has still not been mowed! And the weather has been gorgeous most days so they can't use that as a reason.
