She didn't listen to what I asked for (just a small extension on a zipper, instead she's let out the dress 3/4th of an inch on either side. Also needed a zipper fixed on a pair of jeans/sewn up and she refused to fix the zipper saying it wasn't broken) I was supposed to receive a call when they were finished and I was supposed to pick it up the 19th it is the 23rd and still no call. I had called, then a voicemail appeared on my inbox. They only accept cash for alterations which seems odd, and they only accept cards for in store purchases. Also the hours are not very accessible for people. The jeans were not sewn up very well unfortunately.Edited for clarity

Miss Elizabeth was timely, cost efficient, and professional. She tailored my clothes to perfection, and brought two pairs of shorts from basically unwearable to being two of my personal favorites. Will be returning to her for all of my tailoring needs!

Not exactly thrilled. The alterations cost more than my wedding dress. Now the front does not lay correctly. I wanted the fluttery lace sleeves tacked back and it was about half of the desired distance. I will deconstruct it and do it myself. Also, there is a lipstick stain by the back zipper that is no lipstick I would ever wear. She did not have me try it on when I picked it up and I think I know why now - because it looks lame!
