I was in a total panic because my chrome book was going crazy with all kinds of alerts and alarms and I couldn't use it and didn't trust calling the number that was popping up. I googled repair places and was able to walk and get some piece of mind. I thought I had a virus and all the worst case scenarios. Dawn calmly explained that I had a browser bomb and explained how that worked and that it was an easy fix! She sure helped me and got me off the ledge! Thank you! I recommend them!
