Bought a used washer and dryer. Washer came with a small leak, which Stoneback fixed right away. But in the same call I told them the “check vent” light was on and there was A LOT of lint in the catcher when it was delivered, so I thought it might just need vacuumed out. This suggestion was ignored by the technician that showed up and I was advised the roof vent must be clogged but it would probably be fine if I just ignored it. Within a few days I saw an ad on tiktok for a vacuum attachment and brush specifically for getting into the lint catching area of a dryer. I thought I’d try vacuuming it myself. I bought the little kit, used the brush to scrub the lint out... read full review

I have traded with Stoneback for over 30 years. I have purchased several ranges and washer and dryer for myself. I have several rental properties and have had good luck with used equipment from Stoneback. Their service is great and everyone is very helpful Their prices are good. I generally go nowhere else for major appliances.
