They were able to get someone to come out on a Sunday pretty quickly after I called. The guy who came out seemed knowledgeable and took his time to explained some possible scenarios when asked. Wished he would have been able to do a viewing scope instead of just the hand tool as he knew there was a root issue just have to wait to see how bad.
