I bought a used range that needed to be converted from propane back to natural gas, but the parts were no longer available for my model. Price was one of numerous professionals I called in my weeks-long adventure to a solution, and Kristen with Price was incredibly helpful in identifying solutions and ultimately, solving the problem. She really went above and beyond, patiently discussing the issue with me, consulting the technicians and getting back to me, trying creative ideas and digging for parts, and followed up with me several times. It was such a frustrating situation, and I really appreciate the kindness, friendliness, and perseverance from Kristen with Price in getting my stove back into working condition! Such great customer service. They will be my first call next time.

Fridge had been loudly buzzing since defrosting. Called to schedule a repair visit & they (the owner, I think) diagnosed over the phone by looking up model # and hearing the sound it was making - explained relatively simple fix to me (but more complex than I ever would have figured out myself). I followed instructions & it solved the problem! I appreciate the help!
