Laundromat is dirty and needs sprucing up. Restroom is out of service and padlocked shut with 2 locks. Obviously, fixing has not been addressed for a long time. Everything is gross! Out of service equipment, rotting celing tiles, and dirty ripped up flooring. Find a different place to do laundry!
Super expensive washers. We didn’t even put the full amount in their “4 load” and “3 load” washers, which cost $16 and $13 dollars, and our clothes weren’t even thoroughly cleaned. Massively overpriced for such a disappointing machine. I’d head down the street.
I come here every week, never had an issue until yesterday. The handle of a washing machine wouldn't unlock, trapping me clothes inside. Because it was Sunday evening, I didn't get an answer when I called the "emergency" number they provide but left a message. I called back this morning and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was flexible about when to meet, reimbursed me, and paid for me to wash the load again because of the length of time it took to get back to me. Really appreciate the level of customer service and the willingness to make it right.
