Lydia Neu helped me so much, I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was referred to Neu PT for a TMJ (temporal mandibular joint - jaw) issue. Not only did she teach me several simple jaw massages, she also helped me with an ongoing lower back issue. That was the bonus! I have been faithfully following her instructions on how to stretch my quad muscles and ham strings, plus being mindful about my posture and gate. I am happy that for the first time in years, I can walk one mile+ with NO pain. It truly has transformed my mental state. Lydia has a gift. She cares. She helps. And she gives you hope. This is hands down the most productive PT experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Lydia Neu!

I had an unhappy experience. The physical therapist reminded me had apparently not bathed for several days. The smell was really distracting. As far as therapy goes, he seemed competent.

I’ve had several experiences at Neu Physical Therapy over the years and each has been positive and helpful with great outcomes. Lydia Neu has put together a team of very caring and knowledgeable professionals who put your needs and concerns first. They understand the mechanics of the body and have treated me with respect and kindness. I recommend them highly.
