I'm a property manager in Topeka, and we use Midwest. Jared is incredibly knowledgeable,always educates my residents, and myself! He's always so pleasant to work with and we request him every time. We can't recommend him and the company enough!

We have used Midwest for so many years now and wouldn't choose another company. They are always responsive and efficient. The techs are kind to our residents and they are never above going all out to get the job done. Special shout out to Brandon. He has only bit here recently but did a great job.
