As part of my move-out, I needed to have my carpets professionally cleaned, and Leon was incredibly quick to respond, easy to coordinate with, and very professional. Even afterwards he went above and beyond. There was a miscommunication with my leasing office, and I ended up being charged twice for this service. He communicated directly with their team and made sure everything got sorted out.
Moving is already stressful enough, and having someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about helping their customers makes such a difference. Leon is truly a stand-up guy, and his service reflects that. Highly recommend!
Part of my lease agreement was to have my carpets cleaned upon exit. Leon's somehow made my carpets look better than when I moved in. They were quick, responsive, and provided excellent service. They always respond promptly and have been able to accommodate last minute needs. I really appreciate how they recognize return customers! I was given a discount for a recent cleaning for using their services again. It was unexpected and very kind!!! Very affordable too.
