I called last Friday, needing the closer bathroom for post-surgery on Thursday. They came out Monday, fixed my toilet and even repaired the sink- a problem I didn’t tell them about until they arrived. A friend was supposed to fix that over the weekend (but didn’t) which is why I didn’t tell them about it when I first called. Everything is fixed, now- I couldn’t be more pleased. They were friendly and professional, and fast- the whole thing only took an hour and a half.
I had two toilets removed and replaced with new ones. The job went extremely smooth and quickly. Kastl Plumbing has been my “go to” plumber for around three years, always doing an excellent job.
