Carrie at Bauer Farm location is always very good with my mom. Mom has Alzheimer's and can be difficult at times, Carrie is gentle and respectful. I'm grateful she's here for mom. Thanks Carrie!

My haircut was great. With online check-in, I like the fact that they text you when it's approximately 15 minutes before a stylist will be available to cut your hair. The 15 minutes is just the right amount of time (for me in my location) to drive to the Great Clips.

I have been a customer of this particular Great Clips (you want to check in online for this location because waits are often longer than the other great clips in the area) for a few years with exceptional service and great cuts, and honestly I haven't had any issues until my most recent visit which is why I'm going with a 3/5 review to warn and guide others.I won't post pictures of my experience, but I typically have a 3.5 in top length, and 2 in side length cut with scissors. My most recent experience left me with a buzz cut (1/4 on the side 1 in on top) when I wanted something shorter from what my notes state.
