I’ve been using Doctor Dave since I got my first laptop. Anytime I reach out, he answers promptly, sets up an appointment if needed, and is always very thorough. I have used his service remotely, in home, and at his office. Most recently, one of his team, Matt, helped me select and order a new laptop and helped me transfer from my old machine. I’m always completely satisfied with the service and advice. I would recommend Doctor Dave to anyone needing computer repair and or assistance.

In a one hour home service call, Matt resolved a locked-up computer problem and then completed a thorough cleanup and updating, gave good advice on preventing future problems, and answered a couple of questions about two unrelated tech issues. Much appreciated!
