Woke up to our furnace not working right and were able to get Cloud to come out that day. Zach French did a fantastic and thorough job assessing the situation and pointing us to several options on how to move forward. Straight shooting and very honest. Can’t recommend enough!

I lived in Lawrence for 9 years and Jason from CLOUD was my go to guy. I recently moved away to be closer to family but I have hung on to the last postcard so I could write an excellent review of his service and the company who hired him. Its now actually now more than a year! That is a testimony to how much I appreicated having a service that I could trust to receive sound advise on my heater and my air conditioning. Jason is trustworthy and his servicing equipment excellent. I especially appreciated his advise when making decisions on the condition of the equipment. It always proved honest and valuable. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Jason came to service my AC, but didn't want me to waste money putting outdated freon in a unit on its last legs. Dennis came to give me quotes on a new AC and furnace - he gave me 6 options to choose from, and also answered my questions about my whole-house fan even though it wasn't part of the project. Logan and Aidan came to install the new units. They worked well together and finished before 4 pm, even though they also had a new filtration system and thermostat to install along with the AC and furnace. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.
