We had to rush our little Pepper to be seen, and the wonderful staff at CPAH got us an appointment that very morning. We had fears she would need surgery, but Drs. Van Pelt and Desmond immediately had a plan of action to manage and treat the situation without it based on their radiology screening. We couldn't be more relieved with their quick lab work, courteousness, and efficacy of their care - our little lady is all better again, and CPAH spared us a trip to the emergency room! Originally chose another vet but we weren’t happy and called CPAH and they got us right in. They were attentive to our concerns and very warming. I called the next day because our cat still wasn’t feeling well and Emily was amazing about hearing our concerns about financials. Got another appointment and the whole staff from the vet, Abby and Emily were amazing in talking through the process and trying to work with us so that our furbaby was gonna the best care they could help provide. Hands down will continue with them and recommend them to pwiple.
I have been going to CPH for a lot of years. 7 pet dogs in all. Everything from allergies, bad backs to cushing's disease, and dementia. They have always been there to help us navigate the well being of our pets. They make us feel like family.
