This may have been the best experience I had when it comes to periodic eye exams and choosing a new pair of eyeglasses. Yes, it is a small store but it is extremely well organized, and it has a wide selection of frames (designer and/or economy frames).
Absolutely no waiting time: appointment was for 1:00 pm and precisely at 1:00 pm my examination started. Usual measurements, all performed quickly and with simple explanation of all step.
And finally the consultation with the eye doctor, Kathleen Ammel - outstanding professional who took the time to explain, comment, and listen.

I've wasted a lot of money over the years on glasses that just weren't right. Dr Flory has been my eye doctor for over 15 years and he has been a God send. My prescription is right despite astigmatisms in both eyes. I have macular degeneration starting in both eyes and he spotted it years ago. I have been able to be proactive about my eye health because I have a great doctor. I drive in from Kansas City because I know the glasses will be right.
Best Eye doctor experience I have had in a long time. The environment is calm and quiet. Dr.Ammel is so thorough, patient and kind. The ladies who work there are a joy to work with! Highly recommend this place to anyone needed an eye exam or new glasses!
