The real deal! Eastern medicine, nutrition, and bodywork have been part of my life for decades I have had long-term relationships with doctors, PTs, massage therapists and other bodywork specialists. Attrition, transition, health needs change. After a severe quad injury (first one) my physical and PT told me their work was done - continue exercises etc. but I the healing was going to take time and the pain and disability was significant. I went to A-Plus for pain management and met Sophia. She identified root cause of my injury I changed resulting in immediate relief. Morgan did an amazing job! Very relaxing environment! I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. There was a very noticeable difference in my muscles, tension, and soreness immediately after my massage. Cannot recommend enough!! Also incredibly affordable and attentive staff
