During the hottest portion of the summer our AC quit. After working with another company for a month to try to get things taken care of I called Comfort Systems and they came over that same day and did a diagnostic check on it finding the areas of freon leaking. We ordered a new unit from them as our other unit was needing replaced and it was installed right away. The staff was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond when there were things needing to be done with insurance that were a pain, but they did it with no complaint. I will continue to work with them in the future and highly recommend them!!!
This place is amazing they were very diligent in their work they took no short cuts and were very thorough in making sure that every issue with our sewage problems were resolved. They didn't waste anytime and got done as quick as possible never dragged the work on. I had another plumbing company telling me that the problem was going to cost around 10 to $15,000 and the issue wasn't even what they had said when comfort systems came to look at it. I recently purchased an Air-conditioning system from Comfort Systems. Steven Lewis was easy to work with when he helped me find the correct replacement A/C system for my home. Steven also helped me find the best company to help finance this system.
Jared and Zack were the installation technicians. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Both men were helpful when I had questions about why my old system needed to be replaced. My new A/C unit was installed in record time, once I made a decision about what I wanted. I have had an excellent experience with Comfort Systems, Inc. I highly recommend this business.
