I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to publicly acknowledge the medical student who pre-screened me at my appointment today. She took the time to listen carefully, was curious and asked really thoughtful questions. I was very impressed and grateful for the care she provided and hope she will be a permanent addition to staff at CFC. Regretfully, I don't recall her name, but wherever she lands professionally, I would personally follow as a patient. Thank you so much to her and the rest of your staff!
Dr Brockert is wonderful. He always follows up with me and makes sure I am following his instructions.Karen always keeps all my referrals and Prior Authorizations current and goes the extra step to make sure I have the correct referrals and PA's.
If my husband and I could give Complete Family Care a 5+++ rating we would,. They are making it possible for us to age in place knowing they have all of our health care issues in mind with every decision they make. We are grateful for the care they provide and the professional way they provide this care. They don't tell us what we want to hear but what we need to hear. How very lucky we are to have this health care team on our side!
