My adult son broke his wrist outside of business hours on Friday. Luckily the Family Health Center had the walk in clinic open on Saturday morning. We were seen promptly by Hannah and treated promptly. The care he received was great. The staff were courteous and efficient. Thanks for the great care!
My family and I always have an amazing experience when it comes to patient care& compassion our patient concerns are always looked after Appropriately FHC truly has amazing staff overall but one of the best receptionist’s that never fails to do the best job possible to makes sure our patient needs are met is Brenda Hernandez She is what we like to call our Receptionist Angel Im 100% Certain She is Heaven Sent . She has a beautiful soul & always greets with a smile on her face. We cant thank her enough for all her help the least we can do is leave an honest review about what an amazing experience we have every single time she attends to us . By far the best clinic in Southwest Kansas. Dr Frakes recently just saved my life. Excellent Doctor. Unfortunately this is not a perfect world and the clinic is not without issues. The phone system is the world's worst. It is pretty obvious they don't want to talk to you. You are answered by a robo operator, forced to listen to the longest message ever and when you finally get to where you can press an option the phone rings forever and never answered. Great doctors but good luck in contacting them.
