Our AC went out on a Saturday and I was desperate and with kids aT home and called AB May. AB May was more interested on a big ticket sale than taking care of our family. I remembered I had a warranty and Old Republic and they dispatched West Heating & Cooling. They figured out that the part that was not working properly was exactly what AB May said was fine. While I know I will need to replace my unit eventually, it wasn’t something we were planning on doing right this second since we have a new baby & a new home. It’s great to go with someone experienced in the field because he actually diagnosed my a/c unit over the phone. Wayne came and had my a/c fixed before I even realized he was here!
