“Always very professional and nice staffing. My cat Wally, had an abcess that healed and then returned. They explained everything in detail and sent pain meds and the cone of shame, which he wore for a few weeks.
On another occasion I had to euthanize my dog, Pocahontas, and had a quiet room for us. We stayed for awhile and said goodbye and were never disturbed.“

“We've used CITYDOGS daycare for many months and loved it. But, last week we used boarding for the first time while we travelled far from town. It was a perfect storm, because on the first day we received a call from the staff saying that our pooch was very sick. Luckily, we use Fountain City Animal Hospital (literally right next door). CITYDOGS worked with Fountain City to organize emergency surgery and post-op care. After a night in the hospital, CITYDOGS took over and nursed our pooch back to health over the next several days. We really couldn't have been more grateful for them going way above and beyond! What a great place.“

“The staff (techs & vets) are friendly, welcoming & caring. I rarely have to wait more than 5 mins to see a tech/Vet and they are good with our dog who hates the vet & wants nothing more than to leave.
Their pricing is very fair and they keep us on track for needed vaccinations.“

“I feel like they are giving me and my cat great customer service and they are knowledgeable, but getting your pet taken care of is expensive.. If they are comparable in price I will continue to use do to the quality of care, but I will make sure to ask for pricing ahead of time.“

We worked with Richard and he had our dog, Goose, surprising us! He is only 7 months old and is so well behaved and trained, listening like a star! “Barb at Brookside is incredible. We have enjoyed attending her classes with our. Puppies. Having her guidance with training our therapy dogs, having her temperament test our puppies in our breeding program for our families and seeing our puppies go home to their families and flourish in her classroom and beyond. You will have to look pretty hard to find a better place to bring your puppy to train and socialize. She is an exceptional trainer and animal behaviorist. I recommend her to all my families as the best possible place to train your new puppy , your therapy dog and canine family member“

“Dr. Sambol & Dr. Gilbert are the best vets in KC. We drive 45min just to come & see them. They so clearly care for animals & love what they do. They listen intently & always do what’s best for our baby. I trust both of them with my dogs life. The techs & staff are also amazing, They remember my baby by name & are always excited to see him. It’s clear that everyone here has a passion for what they do. I’ve never met anyone who works here I wasn’t impressed by. Also Dr Gilbert calls dogs, kiddos & that’s just my kind of people. I will never take my babies anywhere else!“
