I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump.... read full review
My son sat in their ER tomight for 4 hours with several abdominal pain only to be told they couldn't help him when I've brought him there before for the exact thing. Even with his medical history of cancer and only 1 kidney the ER staff let him sit in pain and tell them they wouldn't help him
Everyone is very pleasant and nice from the guy that greets you when you walk in the door to the staff on the floor. I feel like this hospital has a great culture! Great care. Staff nice.
