This is the second time they have come out quickly (first time with water heater, maybe two years ago? And today was the AC Freon issue. ) and been *extremely efficient and professional! Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a great experience with Mr. Plumbing, Inc., and especially with Jesse Ramirez.
He came out to fix an issue with my air conditioning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got everything running smoothly again. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing — very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.
What I appreciated most was how straightforward and honest he was throughout the whole process. No unnecessary upselling, just solid work and clear communication.

YouTube has lots of videos showing how easy it is to loosen up a stuck shutoff valve, but they fail to mention not to turn it too far. They do advise turning off the water main before you start, but that’s for wimps, right? I went to work at my mom’s house and had the first two valves loosened up in no time. Guess I got carried away on the 3rd one, heard a snap, and was soon starring in my own slapstick comedy with water gushing everywhere. So, THEN I turned off the water main and Mom called Mr. Plumber. I guess the dispatcher could hear the panic in Mom’s voice because 21 minutes later, Vance arrived with his superhero cape and van full of wonderous... read full review
