KUMed in all their facilities never fail to impress me; as a many issue patient, as a caregiver, clinical trial beneficiary, Lymphoma, stem cell transplant, my self and Parkinson's care giver for my dad-- an early recipient of of DBS, ... The experience of his palatice care and my own ever optimistic march to curative therapies for what should have killed me by now .. I couldn't have high price with institution. And now with this new facility it too lives up to the promise that they will be a cutting edge institution in both care and research.

There are some great people here, but there are some that I do not care for

Terrible experience with Dr.creed and their practice manager. If you get him I feel bad for you. They'll blame you for any wrong doing they do.

In every area we go, they are so kind and helpful, if we have to deal with Parkinson’s I’m thankful we have such a beautiful, capable and kind place to do it. Thank you ALL!

Scheduled appointment 5 months ago for this week, doctor is out with covid this week. Next appointment...January (could see alternate doctor end of December). Scheduler has no business dealing with people. I'm an affiliate of the hospital, and this is pitiful. I will be using an out of network provider moving forward. This is a disgraceful representation of KU. Simply, do better.

I love the location & can always find a parking spot. I also like her here doctor. My mother has dementia & I only have one complaint. Some may relate to this. The KU Landon Center medical providers insists on using the patient portal. My mother has dementia & she can no longer use computers or smart phones. I don’t like the pressure & constant encouragement to use a computerized portal by KU. At this time my brother & I do not want her online as her dementia symptoms increases. I find it odd & dangerous to encourage dementia patients to use a computerized portal. Dementia patients are at high risk using computers, but medical providers appear to have no insight into that.

I am very pleased with this facility. The nurses and doctor worked well with my family members. They have helped to beat the odds of a medical condition that had gone untreated for some time. I am relieved to know they are here when I need them the most. They have a smile upon their faces along with a helping hand. Very caring.
