Concentra Urgent Care offers fast service and convenient online check-in. Patients appreciate the short wait times and respectful staff. The physicians are known for taking time to discuss treatment plans. The entire staff from front to back is wonderful, nice, and helpful, working together as a team. Employees are professional, courteous, and contagious with care. For immediate results like a urine analysis or a drug screen, it is a great place to go, often providing results in less than 30 minutes. The location is efficient, even during busy periods.
I went in for a pre-employment drug screen. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The nurse is not rude, she's direct and very efficient. I can understand why some people might think she's off-putting, but she's simply very good at her job. She still told me to have a good day. Thanks for the fast visit!
Was seen 20 minutes sooner than the text said, incredibly helpful and friendly staff from front desk to assistants to the nurse practitioner on duty. They called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I needed anything else, and helped me get a referral. Highly recommend!
The visit was great. My appointment started on time. The doctor communicated with me clearly and was very willing to answer any questions I had. The doctor and staff made this my first 5 star experience at a doctor's office.
