This is my second condition where I've used ARC as my PT group. I enjoy the easy atmosphere and the group's friendliness. Last but not least - the therapists are top notch. I highly recommend this group.
I came out better than I came in. Danielle was my therapist and she did a fantastic job with making me better than before! She also had me to perform a usual activity with using my toes to pick up marbles. Whew that was challenging! But she redeemed herself by using what I call the green machine which is a fabulous tool to relax all of those tight muscles which was a game changer! Last but not least Tya was always so welcoming made my day with her words of encouragement with greeting and her smile!
My therapist was wonderful. She was sincerely interested in helping me with my frozen shoulder. She answered my questions thoroughly, including questions about my arthritis problems. She even updated my therapy program exercises on their app after hours to be sure I had them readily accessible. I couldn’t have asked for better care or dedication. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful . Great place for therapy!
