Acumen Renovations was the final bid I received for replacing our deck and in the future I will be contacting them first! Pete walked me through the entire process from materials to permitting and answered any question I had regarding the process, no matter how small, promptly and completely. The crew worked efficiently, maintained a very clean job site, and went above and beyond to explain the process on site so that I always knew what the next days would bring. They finished the project right on the projected timeline and I could not be happier with the result.

I contacted Acumen Renovations in search of someone knowledgeable about LP Smartsiding due to issues we were having with our siding after only 2 years of application on a newly built home. Acumen did not install our siding but our builder did and we did not trust our builders explanation for the failure of the siding and their proposed remedy. Pete and Josh came to our home and gave us an honest, unbiased opinion about what they observed. They did not stop there.
